My journey
About Me
I haven’t always known which path was mine –
but perhaps that’s exactly what allows me to meet others today with understanding, presence, and humility.
As a highly sensitive and intuitive person, I felt early on that I experienced the world differently.
I absorbed so much, felt deeply – but didn’t know why.
For a long time, I thought there was something wrong with me.
I tried to adapt, to shut down, or to fight against what I was feeling.
That led to anxiety, sadness, and recurring periods of exhaustion.
I worked in various jobs – in shops, restaurants, and as a health worker –
but time and time again, I burned myself out.
Eventually, I realized that something needed to change on a deeper level.
I needed to understand who I was, what I was carrying,
and how I could truly start taking care of myself.
That became the beginning of a new journey.
I trained as a therapist through a three-year education in Unity Therapy with physician and author Audun Myskja.
It wasn’t just an education – it became a life-changing process.
I received tools that helped me understand my sensitivity, my nervous system,
and how my history was still stored in my body.
I began to see that what I had once called my problems – my sensitivity, my inner struggle – also carried gifts.
That what once wounded me could become my strength, when I met it with presence.
After that, I deepened my practice through a two-year teacher training in meditation and mindfulness.
In recent years, I’ve worked with clients as a therapist and guide,
offered courses in energy awareness, and led meditations and gatherings –
both in groups and one-on-one, online and in nature.
My path hasn’t been linear – but it has taught me that transformation is possible.
From being overly sensitive, anxious, and depleted –
I have grown into a sensitivity that gives me wisdom and strength.
An intuition that is clear.
A power that is mine.
And a will to stand for what is true.
Today, I help others reconnect with their own inner power,
their inner compass –
and the calm that lives beneath it all.

My philosophy
I believe that what has been difficult in life – what we have carried, pushed away or been shaped by – does not have to define us. But it can show us a path.
A path that leads inward, to greater self-knowledge, softer self-love and more true choices.
Life leaves traces in us, sometimes cracks. But in these cracks something new can begin to sprout. Like a flower that grows through the asphalt – despite resistance, but with a power that belongs in life itself – we can also take root where it once hurt.
We are not separate from nature. We are nature.
When we listen inward, we also listen to the earth, to the water, to the wind within us. We remember that we are part of something greater – that our inner journey follows the same rhythm as the changing seasons, the cycles of the moon, and the constant transformation of life.
We don't need to seek out pain – most of us have already faced more than enough.
But we can choose to face what we carry with presence and courage.
There, in what we have often tried to hide or run from, we can find wisdom.
That is where our power resides.
There, new roads begin to grow.
In my work, I guide people to face themselves with curiosity and compassion.
Whether you come with stress, sadness, life confusion, emotional pain, or a longing to reconnect with yourself and the world – you are welcome.
I believe in gentle transformation, where we return to our roots.
Where we don't need to fix ourselves to be good enough, but rather remember who we really are.
Alive. Changing.
And full of vitality – just like the nature we have always been a part of.

Unit therapy and coping medicine (3 years)
A holistic form of therapy with roots in over forty years of experience in integrative medicine. It combines conversation, body presence and meditation with a focus on long-term health, personal development and self-care. The basic idea is that every person carries inherent resources for healing, and that real change occurs through presence, respect for integrity and inner resonance. The methods help strengthen the nervous system, increase life energy and create deeper contact with the body, emotions and meaning. Unit therapy is not an alternative to conventional medicine, but a complementary perspective that highlights the human power for healing and wholeness.
Meditation Teacher Training (2 years)
The training has given me a profound personal development journey and tools to teach both individuals and groups. I have delved into breathing techniques, Tibetan rites, the body's flow system, nature meditation and how meditation affects the nervous system, emotions and trauma. The foundation of the training is to create safe, present guidance - with both scientific understanding and inner anchoring.

Flower therapy training
I am trained in Dr. Bach's flower essences, where I learned to use these powerful tools to release emotional blockages and promote inner healing. The training included both theoretical knowledge of the 38 different essences and practical use, including diagnosis via body language and energy observation. I also have knowledge of other flower essences, such as Bush Flower Essences and Swedish selected essences, as well as how to make your own flower essences.
I use this expertise both in my own personal development and in my work with clients to support health and balance in a holistic way.

Other courses and training
I have also supplemented my skills with several courses in holistic healing techniques, including toning for healing and shamanism. These trainings have given me valuable tools for working with the body's energy, vibrations and deeper levels of consciousness. Through these methods, I can offer an integrated and personalized guidance that supports both physical, emotional and spiritual balance.
